Slovensko podporuje zvyšovanie kapacít v sektore verejných financií Čiernej Hory (2016):
Projekt školenia účtovníctva vo verejnej správe, PACT, zabezpečí výcvik štyroch desiatok čiernohorských účtovníkov vo verejnom sektore. Je financovaný Ministerstvom financií SR a implementovaný Rozvojovým programom OSN v rámci programu Verejné financie pre rozvoj (VFR). Vláda Čiernej Hory má dlhodobo snahu budovať a posilňovať odbornú kvalifikáciu v rámci účtovníctva vo verejnom sektore. PACT školenie môže viditeľne napomôcť túto snahu premeniť v realitu. In Focus: Intl Certification Training for Montenegrin Public Accountants Officially Launched (2016):
The Public Accountants Certification Training (PACT) in Montenegro that will enable training of up to 40 public sector accountants in 2016 has officially started with project opening event on April 18, 2016 in Podgorica. Financing for the project is secured through the Slovak Republic-UNDP Partnership for Results in the International Development Cooperation, Public Finance for Development Program funded by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, while Ministry of Finance of Montenegro and the CEF offer in-kind support to the program. Štátny tajomník Ministerstva zahraničných vecí a európskych záležitostí SR Peter Burian prijal 11. marca 2013 vedúceho misie Organizácie pre bezpečnosť a spoluprácu v Európe (OBSE) v Čiernej Hore veľvyslanca Ľubomíra Kopaja a rezidentného koordinátora OSN a rezidentného predstaviteľa Rozvojového programu OSN (UNDP) v Čiernej Hore Rastislava Vrbenského. Stretnutie bolo venované otázkam pôsobenia OBSE a UNDP v Čiernej Hore a možnostiam väčšieho zapojenia Slovenska do bilaterálnych a multilaterálnych programov rozvojovej pomoci v krajine. On 26-28 November, the Ministry of Finance, with the assistance of the “Public Finance for Development” Program financed Ministry of Finance of Slovakia and implemented in partnership with the UNDP Regional Center for Europe and CIS in Bratislava, organizes a seminar in which representatives of the Government, Parliament and local public authorities will be familiarized with theperformance-based budgeting concept and Slovak and international experience in this field. Na Balkáne sa inšpirovali slovenskou reformou verejných financií (2011):
Čierna Hora zaviedla podľa modelu Inštitútu finančnej politiky pri Ministerstve financií (MF) SR odbornú sekciu pri tamojšom rezorte financií. Podľa rezortu financií tak ide o prvý úspech spolupráce medzi Slovenskom a krajinami západného Balkánu a bývalého Sovietskeho zväzu, ktorým SR odovzdala skúsenosti z reformy verejných financií.
