The Regional Centre for Europe and the CIS of UNDP invites applications from qualified experts to establish a roster of consultants to work on various consultancy assignments on capacity building in Public Finance Management (PFM) in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region, in the framework of the Programme: “Public Finance for Development: Strengthening Public Finance Capacities in the Western Balkans and the CIS”. Deadline for applications is September 30!
The monitoring of the activities of the project ‘Capacity building for program budgeting in Moldova’ took place at the Ministry of Finance at the end of June (19 – 22 June). It was led by the program manager of PFD programme: Alena Srankova from UNDP, accompanied by Marianna Macaskova from the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak republic and two of other experts: Danka Kovalova and Martin Valentovic.
