A preliminary needs assessment based on a questionnaire was initiated in August 2016 to collect information from key donors active in PFM area in Serbia. This was followed by a Programme management mission in October 2016 to discuss priority areas of cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of Serbia and coordinate activities with other donors.<\/p>\n<p>MF Serbia prioritizes cooperation in two areas: <strong>public internal financial control and internal audit<\/strong> (with focus on central government and complementary to the assistance provided by UNDP Serbia on local level) and <strong>EU funds management<\/strong> (with focus on overall management and strategic direction).
