The conference brought together more than 150 participants for two days of formal and informal discussions on how to lead successful anti-corruption and decentralization efforts. \">At the beginning of December the annual meeting of the Center of Excellence in Finance <strong>(CEF) Advisory Board<\/strong> took place in Ljubljana. The new status opened up new horizons in yet closer cooperation with partners and donors. <span title=\"Together with officials from new and emerging donor and partner countries the participants reviewed the new priority themes, sectors and modalities of knowledge and expertise sharing and discussed what would improve effectiveness in knowledge sharing and how could peer-to-peer networks better support sharing of learnings\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"sk\"><span title=\"beginning of December 2015.
