{"id":819,"date":"2016-01-10T10:47:01","date_gmt":"2016-01-10T09:47:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/?p=819"},"modified":"2024-01-12T17:24:39","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T16:24:39","slug":"ukraine-became-3rd-partner-country-of-our-pfd-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/en\/2016\/01\/10\/ukraine-became-3rd-partner-country-of-our-pfd-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine became 3rd partner country of our PFD programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In 2015, based on a preliminary assessment of needs in public financial management in Ukraine, this country became the <strong>third beneficiary \/ partner country<\/strong> of our PFD programme component of the SR-UNDP \u201cpartnership project\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The draft needs assessment report for public financial management (PFM) reform in Ukraine and the action plan for PFM reform implementation in the third partner country of our PFD programme were developed. The assessment focused on <strong>starting phases of the budget cycle<\/strong> \u2013 policy review, macroeconomic forecasting, strategic planning, linkage between strategic planning and budgeting, where most weaknesses were observed.
