Here is the story of Ms. Viorica Neclea from <strong>Moldovan ministry of Finance<\/strong> who attended several CEF learning events.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ms. Viorica Neclea mentioned <strong>Training of Trainers<\/strong> (ToT) workshop that she attended in February 2015 as the most significant impact of CEF learning process on her work in Moldova. She learned the essential features of effective communication and how to give powerful presentations.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-824\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-824 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" data-id=\"824\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/publicfinance.undp.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/viorica-neclea-Moldova.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/a>She also mentioned her involvement in the <strong>\u201cBudget Submissions in Line ministries\u201d workshop<\/strong> \u2013 funded by SR-UNDP \u201cpartnership project\u201d, which supports public financial management capacity development in Moldova. This cooperation between the CEF and PFD programme (part of \u201cpartnership project\u201d) perfectly complemented Moldovan domestic efforts, helping participants to learn more about good practice and <strong>reform experiences<\/strong> elsewhere in the region.
