On the 20th April, 2015 an interesting event: “Decentralisation and Community Development in Ukraine” was organized in Chernihiv, Ukraine – thanks to support of International Visegrad fund and Solidarity Fund PL. The guest speakers and participants discussed The Roadmap for the Decentralisation Reform in Ukraine.
During the afternoon sessions (side events hosted by the Solidarity Fund PL) a lot of attention went to the Enhancing Reforms in Ukraine. Head of a separate department for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Finance of the SR, Kristina Mikulova, was also present there and talked about our PFD program. Her presentation was focused on: Fiscal decentralization as part of the reform of public finances in the Slovak Republic. You can find her presentation here.
