Moldova and Montenegro recently ratified the Agreement on Establishing the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) as an international organization. Countries that ratified the Agreement are full CEF members and can influence all major decisions through the CEF Governing Board.
CEF membership is open to any country or international organization that is interested in promotion of knowledge exchange, delivery of training and facilitation of technical assistance in public financial management, central banking and other areas of public administration. Read more on CEF website.
